One email is all it takes

We keep booking deliberately simple: no online portals, no card details on a website, no call centres. You email us, we plan with you, and everything is confirmed in writing.

The process

From enquiry to arrival

Send your enquiry

Email us with your travel dates, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off points, and any tours or experiences you'd like to include.

Receive your quote

We reply with a personal quote, a recommended vehicle from our fleet, and a suggested itinerary if you're booking tours. We're happy to adjust until it's exactly right.

Confirm & pay

Reply to accept the quote, settle payment using one of the methods below, and we'll send written confirmation with your driver's details.

Meet your driver

On the day, your driver arrives ahead of time — with a name board at the airport, or at your door for everything else.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours or more before your pickup: cancel free of charge, with a full refund of any payment made.
  • 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% of the booking value is charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup, or a no-show: the full booking value is charged.
  • Tours and experiences (helicopter, shark cage diving, Aquila, whale watching) follow the operator's own cancellation terms, which we share with your quote.
  • Weather cancellations by an operator are rescheduled or refunded in full — you're never charged for a trip that couldn't run.
  • All cancellations must be sent to us in writing, by email.

Payment Methods

  • EFT / bank transfer — our preferred method for South African clients. Banking details are supplied with your quote.
  • International bank transfer — for overseas visitors booking ahead of arrival.
  • Card payment — via a secure payment link sent by email.
  • Cash (ZAR) — accepted by arrangement for transfers settled on the day.
  • Quotes can be issued in rand or US dollars; dollar amounts may vary with the exchange rate at the time of payment.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) reflects and you receive written confirmation from us.

The more you tell us up front, the faster we can send an accurate quote. A few lines is all we need — we'll come back with any questions.

  • Your travel dates (and flight number, for airport transfers)
  • Number of passengers and roughly how much luggage
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the tour you're interested in
  • For the Private Chauffeur Package: how many days you'd like a dedicated driver
  • Anything special — child seats, wheelchair access, extra stops, surprises to keep quiet about
